ABOUT THE COFFEEHOUSE

Designed especially for students, but open to everyone, Classical Coffeehouse is a new opportunity to experience chamber music in an unconventional way. Three Classical Coffeehouses are planned for the third season of the Classical Music Project. The Center for the Performing Arts is partnering with various Penn State units and student organizations to expand the audience for classical music. Each Classical Coffeehouse includes a mini-performance, discussions among artists and audience members, and social time with the musicians and others in attendance. Enjoy music, camaraderie, and a warm beverage in a casual atmosphere.
